Luoyang Zhongyue Precision Bearings Co., Ltd. operates out of a factory that covers over 46,000 square meters in the Yiyang Industry Cluster District, an industrial base of bearing manufactures in China. We also have a sales department located in the center of Luoyang City.

Office Work
We hold a weekly meeting about the production, safety, management and other aspects of the business operation. Each Friday, a conference is held about the summary for the week, and the plan for the next week. Any problems that occurred during production, operation and sales will be discussed and solved. New employees also undergo extensive training.

Manufacturing Workshop
We have four standard workshops, each for the manufacturing of precision bearings, with a fifth workshop currently under construction.

The first workshop is where the grinding process is carried out. With 60 sets of automated equipment, it requires less man power and operates in a highly efficient manner.

Built when we were founded, the second workshop is equipped with a number of semi-automatic machines, which are used to produce bearings with a small diameter.

Our third workshop is a comprehensive workshop, where the detection of spare parts, washing and cleaning, assembly, final product inspection, marking and packaging is all carried out.

The fourth workshop is a secondary factory that specializes in the machining, grinding and manufacturing of large diameter bearings.

The fifth workshop is under construction, and will have the highest technical content. With automated production, scientific management, and a high technical index for operation, it will play a large part in our efforts for high product quality.
