Founded in 2002, in Luoyang City, LYZYC is a precision bearing supplier with a strong technical force that specializes in providing P2 and P4 level high precision bearings and related solutions for industrial customers all over the world. Annually, we produce 1,200,000 industrial bearings in more than 1,000 different specifications with diameters ranging from 8 to 620mm. We supply angular contact ball bearings, ball screw support bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, and customized bearings.

With more than 10 years of exporting experience, we have exported our products to Europe, India and the United States. With strict quality control processes and a short lead time, we are known and praised by customers all over the world. These bearings have been used in aerospace, including the Shenzhou space craft, Chang'e lunar prove and other space vehicles. They have also been used in military equipment, CNC machine tools, machine tool spindles, high speed wire rod metallurgical equipment, photovoltaic power generator devices, high speed and high precision equipment, high temperature resistant, and corrosion resistant machines.

Covering more than 23,000 square meters, we have more than 260 employees and over 360 sets of various processing equipment used to produce mechanical bearings, including automatic CNC equipment (CNC lathes, CNC grinding machines, and CNC heat treatment equipment). We also have more than 500 pieces of testing equipment and instruments, including roundness measuring instruments, projectors, metallographic microscopes and vibration meters.

Our quality management system is carried out in strict accordance with ISO9001:2008 quality standards, starting from obtaining raw material, to the final product packaging and delivery. Product flow is tracked, and files are compiled about the product quality. Tools and parts are managed according to industry regulations, and internal audits are carried out to ensure the smooth implementation of our quality system. These high precision bearings are made of high end raw materials, including high nitrogen steel and high temperature bearing steel. A vacuum furnace and other equipment is used for special treatment of the bearings, effectively ensuring the final quality and prolonging the service life.

We built a research and development center when we were founded, and our team includes 20 senior technical engineers that specialize in bearing design and processing techniques, and other skilled lathe workers, grinders, inspectors, heat treatment workers, assembly workers, senior electromechanical repair and maintenance technicians and more. With core technology for manufacturing precision high speed angular contact ball bearings, flexible bearings, long life high speed stainless steel bearings and high precision bearings with a large diameter, we can produce precision bearings to meet custom needs in regards to a lowered vibration noise, improved sealing performance, and excellent lubrication effects and finally, a long service life.
